When There Are No Words

As I sit here at the computer, staring at a blank screen, the time just seems to be passing me by. I keep searching for the right thing to say, something profound perhaps, but the words will just not come. How am I supposed to say this when I can barely stand to think it?

We are going to lose the baby.

Another baby.

Our hearts are breaking.

Why is this happening again?

Please continue to pray for us. God knows what we need.

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. Romans 8:26

Mike and Lori, my heart is breaking for you. I'm so sorry to hear this. My mind is repeating over and over the verse you listed.....as well as peace. His word never returns void.

I will be lifting you up...without ceasing!

Lori, I love you. So many people do. But God loves you the most. Let Him bear this burden with you.

Mike and Lori,

I've been thinking about ya'll today, and I'm so sorry to hear this news. John and I actually lost a baby this month too. I know it's nothing like you are experiencing, but I kind of know how you feel. We are praying for ya'll. You are not alone.

You two are so precious and I just know that God is working all things out for the good of those who love Him. Often times when things hurt the most is when God is working the most. I know from experience! I hate to see your pain and I am praying for God's will and peace in your lives. Be encouraged and blessed!
