Whitney Elizabeth (Libby) Phelps was born today at 3:06 pm. She weighs 6lbs and 9 oz and is 19.25" long. Libby is currently in the NICU to watch her lungs since she was about 3 weeks early. She is on oxygen, but not a breathing machine. They are going to watch her for a few days and see how she does, but the doctors say that she is looking good! Tracy is doing very well, and is relieved to have her baby girl here. Thank you for all your prayers, and please keep them coming!

Yea! So glad to hear that the two girls are doing great. We'll continue to pray for Libby while she's in the NICU. Can't wait to see pictures of the sweet girl!
